§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $750 for each violation, and each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
   (B)   Every person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of the Fire Prevention Code adopted in §§ 92.001 or 92.020 through 92.033, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues, after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.003, 92.004(B), or 92.060 through 92.062 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.004(A) and 92.007 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (E)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 92.005 or 92.006 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $300 for each offense.
   (F)   Any owner or tenant convicted of violating any provision of §§ 92.045 through 92.048 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500.
