§ 868.15 IMMORAL USE OF PUBLIC VEHICLES; LICENSE REVOCATION.
   (a)   No person shall use a public vehicle for an unlawful or immoral purpose.
   (b)   When such unlawful or immoral use has occurred with the knowledge of the person owning the public vehicle or when, within any period of five years, two such convictions have occurred involving the vehicle or vehicles covered by a given public vehicle license, the Mayor shall revoke the public vehicle license for the vehicle involved.
   (c)   When such unlawful or immoral use has occurred with the knowledge of the person driving the public vehicle, the Mayor shall revoke the driver’s license of such person.
   (d)   In cases of license revocations under subsections (b) and (e) hereof, the licensees shall have the right of appeal to Council as provided in § 868.19.
