(a) There is hereby created and established a fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Fund, for the deposit and disbursement of the proceeds from the public auction of contraband, in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2933.43, as amended, effective September 3, 1986.

(b) Moneys deposited into the Law Enforcement Fund shall be disbursed by the Director of Finance upon presentation of the proper vouchers.
