CHAPTER 236: CLERK-TREASURER (REPEALED)

The Village Charter adopted by the voters on November 3, 1992, established the positions of Clerk of Council and Director of Finance, thereby abolishing, by implication, the position of Clerk-Treasurer. The provisions of this chapter that were not repealed by implication by said Charter have been recodified in new Chapter 237.
