(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12, there is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Federal General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
(b) All moneys paid to the Village under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, being 31 U.S.C. §§ 1221 et seq., to such Fund and expended in accordance with the provisions of such Act.
