§ 290.01 CONTRACT WITH COUNTY PUBLIC DEFENDER FOR REPRESENTATION OF INDIGENTS.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the County Public Defender for the purpose of representing indigent defendants in the Village, a copy of which contract is attached to original Ord. 4-1986, passed February 11, 1986, and is hereby made a part of this section by reference as if fully rewritten herein.

§ 290.02 CLERK OF COURT. (REPEALED)
Editor’s note:
   Section 290.02 was repealed by implication by the Village Charter adopted by the voters on November 3, 1992, which provided for the position of Clerk of Courts (§ 5.04).
