The Planning Commission shall establish requirements for the submission, review and approval processes involving preliminary plans, improvement plans and record plats. Such requirements may be changed at any time by a majority vote of the Commission.
Procedures for submittal of all plats and plans as established by the Commission are included in Appendix A following the text of these Subdivision Regulations, and shall be complied with in the submittal, review and approval of all subdivisions.
