Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any person violating § 1062.04(b) shall also be guilty of criminal trespass under Ohio R.C. 2811.21, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
