§ 1062.04 PROHIBITED PRACTICES.
   (a)   No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be served in public parks unless prior approval has been granted by the Municipal Manager. The organization or individual requesting permission must submit the request in writing to the Municipal Manager a minimum of 14 days prior to the date requested. The Municipal Manager's approval of said request shall be based on certain criteria that has been approved by Village Council and as may be amended from time to time by Village Council.

   (b)   Use of illegal drugs, the sale, purchase, transfer, use or possession of illegal drugs, or prescription drugs obtained illegally is prohibited. The Woodlawn parks constitute a drug-free zone and violators will be prosecuted accordingly.
   (c)   No open fires are permitted in public parks except in grills provided in picnic areas.
   (d)   No person shall litter or throw trash in parks and recreation facilities. Such waste shall be placed in proper containers.
   (e)   Bicycles are not permitted on baseball diamonds or tennis courts and shall be parked in bicycle racks where provided in public parks.
   (f)   Malicious destruction and/or removal of vegetation, equipment and property in parks and recreation areas are prohibited.
   (g)   No glass containers are permitted within the parks.
   (h)   Camping is prohibited.
   (i)   No solicitation of any kind is permitted in parks and recreation areas.
   (j)   No pets shall be permitted to move freely through the parks or recreation facilities of Woodlawn. Pets must remain on a leash that is no longer than six feet in length and must be kept under physical control at all times and not be a nuisance ro a danger to other park users. Pet owners are required to remove all pet fecal deposits from park and/or recreational grounds and place the waste in a suitable receptacle.
   (k)   Firearms and the discharging of firearms in parks are prohibited, except by a licensed professional exhibitor, pursuant to an agreement with Woodlawn.
   (l)   Hunting is prohibited.
   (m)   Unreasonable noises, profane, obscene or offensive coarse utterances, gestures or displays, or communication of any unwarranted and grossly abusive language to any person is prohibited.
   (n)   Alterations to existing equipment or installation of equipment are prohibited.
   (o)   Operations of hot air balloons, other aircraft, model rockets, etc. are prohibited.
   (p)   Gambling of any kind is prohibited.
