CHAPTER 1040: SEWERS
Editor’s note:
   Public sewage disposal and sewerage regulation in the Village are under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. Copies of the Rules and Regulations of the Metropolitan Sewer District may be obtained, at cost, from the Board of County Commissioners.
   Private sewage disposal systems in the Village are regulated by the County Board of Health. Copies of County Board regulations may be obtained, at cost, from the Board.
   There are no sections in Chapter 1040. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
   Ordinance 33-2010, authorizing and directing the Mayor to terminate the Village's membership in the Hamilton County Storm Water District, was passed December 28, 2010
