§ 660.14 DIVERSION OF STORM WATERS INTO SANITARY SEWERS.
   (a)   No person shall divert storm or surface water into any sanitary sewerage system within the Village.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
