In addition to Robert’s Rules of Order, the following rules shall be followed by the Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee:
(a) The quorum for the Committee is six members present.

(b) Each member must attend at least six meetings during a year. If a member does not attend the number of meetings without an explanation acceptable to the Committee, such member’s seat on the Committee shall be declared vacant and a replacement shall be named as outlined in § 278.03(b).

(c) Special meetings will be called with two days notice to members of the Committee and to all media.
(d) The time of meetings is 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with permission to extend meetings.
(e) The date of meetings is the fourth Wednesday of every month, except July and August.
However, during July and August the Committee has the option of calling a needed meeting.
