(a) The membership of the Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee shall consist of 12 residents of the Village and shall be selected so as to best reflect the composition of the total community. Members shall serve a four-year term, and the terms shall be staggered so that three members are to be appointed each year to a four-year term on the Committee.
(b) Upon the adoption of this chapter (Ordinance 44-1980, passed September 23, 1980), the present members shall draw numbers of one to four to determine their time remaining on the Committee. All members hereafter shall be appointed by the Mayor and confined by Council at the second regular Council meeting in June. Such appointments shall take effect immediately.
