§ 50.153 FEE APPROVAL.
   The County Fiscal Court shall approve all fees charged by solid waste collectors, and fees shall not be adjusted during the franchise term, except as provided in the bid contract.

§ 50.154 TERMINATION OF FRANCHISE.
   The County Fiscal Court may terminate or suspend all or any portion of a franchise for failure to comply with any provision of this subchapter, failure to render prompt and effective service or failure to comply with authorized fee schedules, and as governed by the bid contract.

§ 50.155 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
   A franchise holder shall provide quarterly reports to the county containing such information as is required by the County Fiscal Court.

§ 50.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except §§ 50.150 through 50.155, or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, provided that each day’s violation thereof shall be a separate offense for the purpose hereof. Violators of this chapter except §§ 50.150 through 50.155 may be issued a citation by the Solid Waste Coordinator, the County Sheriff or any authorized police officer; or alternatively, the charge may be brought and processed by any such authorized individual via the e-warrants/e-summons complaint process.
   (C)   Additionally, upon conviction, any person in violation of § 50.070 is subject to reimburse the County Fire Protection District for any fire run and suppression costs incurred by the District as a result of the established illegal open burn.
