§ 151.181 PLUMBING, WATER, AND SANITATION FACILITIES.
   (A)   Every rooming house shall be equipped with not less than one flush water closet, one lavatory basin, and one bathtub or shower properly connected to an approved water and sewer system and in good working condition for each six occupants or fraction thereof, including members of the operators family, and each lavatory basin and bathtub or shower shall be supplied with hot and cold water at all times.
   (B)   Flush urinals may be substituted for not less than one-half the required number of water closets in rooming houses of male occupancy only.
   (C)   All water closets, lavatory, and bath facilities shall be located to afford privacy, shall be separate from habitable rooms, shall be readily accessible to all occupants sharing the facilities from a common hall or passageway without passing through any sleeping room or going outside the building, and shall not be more than one story removed from the rooming unit of any occupant intended to share the facility and no such facility located in a basement or cellar shall be included in computing the required number, except by approval of the Building Official.
   (D)   All such facilities shall be located in a room or rooms conforming to requirements of § 151.066 and §§ 151.120 through 151.124.
