(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty exists shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day which a violation continues or exists.

(C) Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 150.035 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

(E) All persons, firms, or corporations violating any of the provisions of § 150.064, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not less than $25 nor more than $200. (I) Nothing in this section or chapter may be construed to impose any fine or penalty, nor to impose regulations of any kind, nor to stand for the proposition that the village has the power to enforce regulations against licensed plumbers or plumbing contractors, since state law grants exclusive powers in these areas to the Illinois Department of Public Health. Accordingly, all alleged violations of the Illinois Plumbing Code will be referred to the Illinois Department of Public Health, consistent with the requirements of the Plumbing Licensing Law (ILCS Ch. 225, Act 320).
