§ 150.050 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to relocate a building which requires the utilization of any public street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way within the village without first having secured a permit therefor. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall state the name of the applicant, a description of the building sought to be relocated, the present location of said building, the exact location where said building is to be relocated, the date on which the work pertaining to said relocation is to be commenced, the date on which all work connected with said relocation is to be finalized, and the person or firm who is to do the actual relocation or moving work. No such permit shall be issued except on order of the Board of Trustees.
