§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any section of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be subject to the following schedule of minimum fines:

   (B)   Whoever violates the following series of code sections shall be fined pursuant to the chart set forth herein below:

   (C)   In addition to the fines set forth hereinabove, any person who shall be convicted of violating any part of §§ 73.31 through 73.42 a second time in any one 12-month period shall be prohibited from operating any snowmobile in the village for a period of one calendar year next following the second conviction.

   (D)   Any person found to have violated division (C) of this section shall, in addition to all other penalties, be fined $500.
