It shall be unlawful to use a snowmobile propelled by a motor or machine unless same is provided with a serviceable muffler capable of adequately muffling the sounds of exhaust of the engine. The phrase "adequately muffling" shall mean that the motor exhaust at all times be so muffled or suppressed as not to create excessive or unusual noise. No other excessive or unusual noise created through operation of said devices is allowed.
