Pursuant all applicable police powers and authority, the village hereby adopts in their entirety the sections of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code relating to operation, registration and safety relative to snowmobiles as set forth ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, § 1-1 et seq. (Article I), ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 2-1 et seq. (Article II), ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 3-1 et seq. (Article III), ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 4-1 et seq. (Article IV), and ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 5-1 et seq. (Article V) as they currently exist, and as they may hereafter be amended, and the same are adopted as ordinance provisions of the village. Any ticket or complaint charging a violation of this chapter and the adopted provisions incorporated herein may note that the offense is being charged as a violation of municipal law, but may also describe the specific offense using the statutory section number from the state statutes.
