(a) All owners of residential, commercial and industrial buildings and structures within the Village are required to post the 911 number that has been assigned to said building or structure.
(b) The numbers utilized for posting of the 911 number shall be, at a minimum, four inches in height.
(c) The posting of 911 numbers shall be performed by all owners of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings on or before January 1, 2000.
(d) Whoever fails to post said number in accordance with this section on or before January 1, 2000, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense for each seven-day period after January 1, 2000.
