The houses in the Municipality shall be numbered as follows:
On each street running westward the numbering shall commence at the east end thereof, on the south side, with number 100, and on the north side with number 101 and thus successively using the even numbers on the south side and the odd numbers on the north side; on the west side of each cross street, commencing with a number 100 higher than at the commencement of the last preceding square. On all streets running at right angles with Main Street the numbering shall be as follows: Commence at Main Street with number 100 on the east side and the number 101, on the west side, and number successively the even numbers on the east, and the odd numbers on the west side along the square; at the side of the street farthest from Main Street, commencing with a number 100 higher than at the commencement of the last preceding square, and so on to the end, allowing in all cases in numbering one number for each twenty feet of a lot front.
