A. Swimming Pool Violations Declared A Nuisance: Any swimming pool in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance and dangerous to the public health and safety. (Ord. 569, 6-12-1980; amd. 1994 Code)
B. Penalties: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including those parts herein adopted by reference, by failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with the provisions hereof or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions hereof or who refuses to remedy a violation hereof shall be fined as provided in sections 13-1-3 and 13-1-4 of this Code for each offense, and each day said violation continues shall be a separate offense. In the event any of the documents herein incorporated by reference contain their own provisions for fines or penalties or both, those provisions shall be controlling as to those sections to which they apply.
