5-2-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or executive order issued pursuant hereto shall be guilty of an offense against the Village, and shall be fined as provided in section 13-1-4 of this Code. (Ord. 2019-02-01, 2-7-2019)
