4-8-4: WARNING; PENALTY:
   A.   Warning: The Village of Winfield will provide one warning notice on an annual basis for a violation of this chapter before issuing a citation in accordance with the penalty provision set forth in subsection B of this section. (Ord. 2014-11-34, 11-6-2014, eff. 1-1-2015)
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 13-1-4 of this Code. (Ord. 2019-02-01, 2-7-2019)
