4-7-14: DANGEROUS MISSILES:

   A.   Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw stones, missiles, or other articles or things by which persons may be injured, or vehicles damaged or endangered or to throw any stone or other missile at any building, railroad car or other public or private property, or at or upon any person or on any street or public place.    B.   Penalty: Upon a finding of guilty for violation of this section, there shall be imposed a fine as provided in sections 13-1-3 and 13-1-4 of this Code. (Ord. 2019-02-01, 2-7-2019)
