4-7-3: INJURING PROPERTY:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, remove, destroy or in any manner cause injury to any property belonging to any person or nongovernmental entity, which property is located on any street, alley or private or public place, unless authorized by the owner of such property. Upon a finding of guilty for violation of this subsection, there shall be imposed a fine as provided in sections 13-1-3 and 13-1-4 of this Code.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, remove, destroy or in any manner cause injury to any property belonging to the Village, school district, or any other governmental entity, which property is located on any street, alley or private or public place unless authorized by the owner of such property. Upon a finding of guilty for violation of this subsection there shall be imposed a fine as provided in sections 13-1-3 and 13-1-4 of this Code. (Ord. 2019-02-01, 2-7-2019)
