(a) For the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of single family housing, multi family housing, mixed use, apartment housing, retail use, and industrial use, the City is hereby divided into classes of use districts as follows:
Single Family District
Multi Family District
Mixed Use District
Apartment District
Retail District
Industrial District
(b) Zone Map. The use districts as set forth in Section 1135.02
(a) shall be officially identified and shown on the Willowick Zoning Map, a copy of which is attached to the page next following and incorporated herein; and which is located at Willowick City Hall and the Willowick Building Department, respectively.
