The Plan Review Board shall ensure that all applications made to the Board pursuant to Section 177.05 comply with all applicable provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willowick, including, but not limited to, the Building and Zoning Codes. In the event the application is subject to the approval of the Lake County Building Department, the Board, after proper consideration and disposition, shall forward the application to the Lake County Building Department with verification of the Board's approval.
