The Director of Public Service shall make a written account to the County Auditor of his actions under Sections 961.01 through 961.05 and a proper description of the premises involved. Such amounts shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and be a lien upon the lots or land from and after the entry and be collected as other taxes and returned to the General Fund of the City.
