(a) In displaying for sale the items set forth in Section 750.02, the owner or occupant of a residentially-zoned property may display such sale by not more than two signs which together do not exceed two square feet, which signs must be attached to the vehicle.
(b) The owner or occupant of the residentially-zoned property shall not advertise the sale of one of the items set forth in Section 750.02 by writing on the vehicle offered for sale.
