(a) No person shall park or stand any of the items set forth in Section 750.02 on public or private property for the purpose of selling or trading same, or advertise the same as being “for sale” or “for trade”.
(b) Section 750.02(a) shall not apply to the display for sale or trade of not more than two vehicles in any 12-month period provided that the following conditions are met:
(1) Not more than one of any of the items set forth in Section 750.02 is offered for sale or trade at any given time;
(2) The subject item is parked or stored on a hard surface driveway at least ten feet from the street right-of-way on residentially-zoned properties and 50 feet from the street right-of-way in all other zoning districts; and
(3) The owner of the subject item is the owner or lessee of the premises.
