157.06 PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION.
   (a)   The Personnel Administrator, as EEO/AAP officer, shall periodically review the program implementation. Deficiencies in implementation shall be considered in filling employment vacancies and new positions.
   (b)   The EEO/AAP officer shall make every reasonable effort to implement the recommendations of the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Division of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and other enforcement agencies.
