EDITOR'S NOTE: Though Section 5.2 of the Charter creates a Division of Health for the City, the City contracts periodically by ordinance for public health services with the Lake County General Health District and the Health Districts of several neighboring municipalities. Interested persons may obtain copies of all relevant legislation from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 145. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
