139.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 139.06(g) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, and in addition shall be discharged from the Police Division and shall thereafter be ineligible for any position of trust in the City.
