EDITOR’S NOTE: Council, by Ordinance 1975-10, passed March 10, 1975, authorized the Board of Commissioners of Lake County, to establish, layout and maintain the Greater Mentor Sewer District and to include therein all of the territory within the corporate limits of the City of Willoughby Hills, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 6117.03.
