Each sanitary sewerage charge levied by or pursuant to this section is made a lien upon the corresponding lot, land or premises, served by a connection to the sanitary sewer system of the City, and if the same is not paid within ninety days after it is due and payable, it shall be certified, at the earliest time possible after the City receives notice of such failure to pay, to the Auditor of Lake County who shall place the same on the tax duplicate of Lake County with interest and penalties allowed by law and it shall be collected as other taxes are collected.
