923.02 BILLING PERIOD; PAYMENT.

The owner of each lot, parcel of land, or premises shall be billed for the sanitary sewerage charges authorized in this chapter at such times as the Director of Public Service shall determine; the sanitary sewerage charges shall be payable at such times and at such places as the Director shall determine. (Ord. 1987-19. Passed 4-9-87.)
