EDITOR'S NOTE: There are no sections in Chapter 163. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation. The Council has never created a Board of Health for the City as authorized by the Charter, Article XI, Section 3. Ordinance 1981-278 authorized the union of the Lake County General Health District with the Willoughby City Health District and the City Health Districts of Eastlake, Kirtland, Mentor, Mentor-on-the-Lake, Wickliffe, Willoughby Hills and Willowick.
