107.05 NOTIFICATION TO NEWS MEDIA.

(a) Any member of the news media, as defined in Section 107.02, who has requested notification pursuant to Ohio R.C. 121.22(F), shall be notified in accordance with such section of all special meetings by the person responsible for notification under Section 107.04.

(b) Notification to the members of the news media shall be sufficient if delivered by mail or by telephone to the office of the managing editor, editor or other person in charge of the editorial department of a newspaper or magazine, and to the general manager, station manager, news director or other person in charge of news at a commercial radio or television broadcasting station.
