(a) No person shall permit a minor under the age of eighteen years to play any amusement game requiring a license, as provided for by this chapter, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on any day that the school in which the minor is enrolled is in session, unless such minor has the consent of either a parent or a legal guardian
(b) Further, no person shall permit a minor to be in an amusement arcade or other place wherein any mechanical amusement device is located, whether as an amusement arcade or not, when such minor's presence is contrary to the provisions of Section 509.10.
(c) No person shall permit any minor under the age of eighteen years to use or operate any amusement device, whether located in an amusement arcade or not, at any time when the selling and consumption of alcoholic beverage is permitted unless:
(1) Such game machine is located in a room in which the selling and consumption of alcoholic beverage is prohibited, and such room is separated by floor-to-ceiling walls and doors which are kept closed, except when used by an individual for ingress and egress, from all rooms in which the selling and consumption of alcoholic beverage is permitted.
(2) Such minor under the age of eighteen years is accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult relative.
