§ 152.27 CUMULATIVE REMEDIES.

The remedies provided in this subchapter shall be available in addition to those provided in §§ 152.01 through 152.09. The issuance of a notice under this subchapter shall not be required as a prerequisite to initiation of abatement or condemnation proceedings.
