The Standard Unsafe Building Abatement Code, 1985 Edition, and all subsequent amendments and editions thereto, as prepared by the South Building Code Congress International, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "the Code"), is adopted as a minimum standard for continued use and occupancy of all buildings regardless of the date of their construction and for procedures of compliance.
