§ 150.46 STREET-SIDE TREE PRESERVATION ZONES.

   (A)   Generally. The following street-side tree preservation zones are hereby established adjacent to any commercial property.

   (B)   Specifically.

      (1)   Thirty feet adjacent to interstate roadways;

      (2)   Fifteen feet adjacent to major thoroughfares; and

      (3)   Ten feet adjacent to all other streets or roads.
