§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Sections 150.01 through 150.14. Any person who violates any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.14 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be punished by a fine in an amount not to exceed $500. Each and every day any violation continues or is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Sections 150.25 through 150.29.
      (1)   A person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 150.25 through 150.29 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each act of violation, and each day of violation shall be considered a separate violation.
      (2)   In addition to proceeding under authority of this subchapter, the city is entitled to pursue all other criminal and civil remedies to which it is entitled under authority of statutes or ordinances against a person continuing to violate this subchapter.
   (C)   Sections 150.40 through 150.57. Any person who shall violate a provision of §§ 150.40 through 150.57, or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements of §§ 150.40 through 150.57, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500. Each day a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
