After the conditional approval or disapproval of a plan or plat by the city under § 154.45
, the Applicant may submit to the city a written response that satisfies each condition for the conditional approval or remedies each reason for disapproval provided by the city. Revised plans or plats shall be included as required with the response. There shall be no deadline imposed upon the Applicant to submit the written response.
