§ 154.45 CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF PLANS AND PLATS.
   If any such plan, plat, or replat is conditionally approved or disapproved by the city, the city shall provide the applicant a written statement of the conditions for the conditional approval or reasons for disapproval.
