(B) Major thoroughfares; 85-foot right-of-way.

(C) Local streets; 55-foot right-of-way.
A 35-foot wide roadway with curbs and storm sewers. Adjacent property must be single-family residential use with lot widths at the right-of-way line of less than 40 feet;
(D) Local streets; 60-foot right-of-way.
A 27-foot wide roadway with curbs and storm sewers when adjacent property is single-family residential use. A 40-foot wide roadway with curbs and storm sewers is required when adjacent property is other than single-family residential use; and
(E) Alleys; 20-foot right-of-way minimum.
A 20-foot wide roadway with storm sewer drainage. Open ditch drainage in public alleys is not permitted.
