§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements, unless a variance has been granted by the Council, shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person who violates this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500. Each day any violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city from taking any other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 154.35 or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $500 for each violation, and in addition, shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case. Nothing herein continued shall prevent the city from taking such other lawful action as necessary to prevent or remedy any violation of the provisions of § 154.35 .
