§ 166.053 MAINTENANCE OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prevent the ordinary maintenance of any exterior elements of a property or structures designated or nominated as a landmark or located within a designated or nominated preservation district.
